Our Return Process

Step 1: Initiate Your Return

Start your return within 15 days of receiving your Maxi Dresses, Boots, or other fashion finds:

  2. Our style team will respond within 24 hours with return instructions
  3. Pack items securely in original packaging with tags attached

Step 2: Shipping Your Return

Step 3: Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Shipping fees non-refundable unless return is due to our error
